IGNIS Theory of Constraint (TOC) Workshop 2011
The IGNIS Program in collaboration with Addis Ababa City Cleansing Management Agency has organized a five day TOC workshop to be held from April 26 to 30, 2011 at Queen of Sheba Hotel, Addis Ababa. The conference will be attended by relevant experts and concerned bodies on solid waste management at city level from the government, non-government, and private sectors.
The Theory of Constraint (TOC) workshop is an integrating strategy for stakeholders involved in waste management. The primary objective of the TOC workshop is to make prioritization, planning, measurement and improvement within the waste management system of Addis Ababa easier for stakeholders.
